Unless otherwise indicated, all assets are licensed under a standard royalty-free license. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or claim ownership of any Material assets. Attribution is not required unless specified in the asset’s metadata.

Prohibited Activities

Using assets in illegal, defamatory, or harmful contexts
Modifying assets for resale as standalone digital products (e.g., selling edited templates as your own)
Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of content without express written permission
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

Intellectual Property

Termination

Upon termination, your license to use Material assets ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dekadeko and its affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or assets. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the preceding six months.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
